Return Policy

Standard Return Policy (Exchange Only)
We offer a 14-day window for returning items. Please note, all sales are final and therefore items can only be exchanged, not refunded. Items must remain in their original condition along with all labels and tags attached in order to be eligible for an exchange. This also includes protecting the item(s) from absorbing any form of extreme odours. If items do not satisfy these conditions, we cannot accept a return. Therefore, if unsatisfactory items are shipped back to Pacific Gear, we cannot exchange the item and cannot re-ship the original item back either. Also note, we cannot guarantee the availability of style, colour, and sizes for items, and therefore may not be able to accept an exchange. Additionally, a requested item for exchange may take a longer time to ship, depending on availability.
How to Return Item(s)
If you would like to submit an item exchange request, please contact us at our email: support@pacificgear.ca. Make sure to label the subject headline as "Return Order - Your First Name and Last Name."
Please note, as a requirement for all returns, please provide your order number and a reason for why you would like to initiate a return for your item(s). This helps us improve our products and customer experience. If a reasonable explanation is not provided, we will not process the return further. For product assessment purposes, we may ask for photo-proof if a defective product is suspected.
Also note, we do not provide exchanges if an item has been "slightly used." Once the item has been altered from its original condition (as described above), it will be considered ineligible for an exchange.
Once we accept and confirm your item return request by email, please visit your local post office and purchase a return label for your item(s). Your local post office will be able to ship the item(s) back to our dedicated receiving address. This address will be provided to you in the "Confirmation of Item Return" email.
Please note, although exchanges are allowed, Pacific Gear has the authority to decline an exchange request for the reasons mentioned above. Therefore, please be advised that we cannot guarantee exchanges.
Costs
Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable costs associated with preparing a return for their item(s). This includes the costs for obtaining a return label and any other related shipping costs.
Exchange Process
Once your items have been returned to us, we will assess the condition of the items. Only upon passing acceptable conditions, we will initiate the exchange process.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Please note that we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you believe you have ordered the incorrect size for your item(s), please contact us by email at support@pacificgear.ca within 24 hours of placing your order. Although we cannot guarantee we will be able to change the size of your item(s), we will try our best. Any request sent after 24 hours of placing your order will be considered ineligible.
Shipping Address
Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address for your order, and have confirmed its accuracy before ordering. If your shipping address requires special instructions, please provide a note under the “delivery instructions” tab during checkout. Note, if an incorrect address is provided, we cannot take responsibility for your order.
