Shipping Policy

Delivery Radius
Currently, we are only shipping orders within Canada. However, if you would like to place an order outside of this delivery radius, please contact us at our email: support@pacificgear.ca. Please note we do not guarantee deliveries outside of our standard delivery radius, however we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Please note, international deliveries will be subject to additional shipping fees and duties.
Costs
A standard shipping fee will apply to all orders. Please note, PG Priority Shipping requires an extra cost. Shipping options along with their costs will be visible at the checkout section.
Shipping Service
Pacific Gear currently ships all products through UPS. Once your order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please note, we do not take any responsibility over delays and / or estimated arrival times from UPS.
Shipping Times
Shipping time estimates will be reflected during checkout. Generally, PG Standard Shipping will take 7-10 business days, and PG Priority Shipping will take 5-7 business days. Please note, this estimate is for deliveries within Canada only. Also note, we cannot guarantee shipping times due to unforeseen circumstances.
